Duwili Ella is situated about 8 km away from Neluwa town. This waterfall creates a misty atmosphere that looks like a dust cloud around the bottom. Hence, it is called Duwili Ella.
This waterfall consists of three stages. Also, there are available steps to reach the top of the waterfall. Two bathing ponds are built at the bottom of the waterfall. One is shallow, and it is suitable for kids. The other one is a little deeper, but it is safe. Also, changing room facilities are available in this place.
