Being one of the few candidates being invited to a job interview is a great achievement but unfortunately most of the people face the interview opportunities because of some mistake and error so let’s find them,

Not been organized

You should always have Copy of all the necessary documents with you it will show that’s you are prepared and thoughtful about the interview.

Dressing inappropriately

When you face an interview it is so important to dress professionally according to the position you are applying for. Dress well no matter what the company is.

Sharing too much information

some candidates have a mindset to tell all the truth in interview. So they talked beyond the limits. Avoid this mistakes be smart and avoid boring in the interview.

Badmouthing about your fast employer

Do not criticized or bad mouth about your previous employers and Co-workers.

Arriving late or too early

Arriving to late or too early will impact the schedule of hiring manager which will negatively impact to your interview. Arrive at least 10 minutes early to the interview.

Lack of energy

Lack of eye contacts, slow to response to the questions will show your energy level. If you don’t have a real interest to the job it will show up in the interview.

Not doing your research

Most of the interviewers ask about what you know about this company. So if you are not prepared enough or you didn’t do your research well what will happen? so do your research collect some information about the company before you facing your interview. Knowing the information about the company you show them you are interested about this job and this company. It will positively impact to your interview.

Too much talking

Stop talking too much about how this job will help you to grow. Instead of this talk about how you can contribute and help to the company. Because companies don’t pay you to help you out, they want to hire you because of your skills attitude to achieve their goals so remember that.

Not having good questions

Most of the interviewers allow you to ask questions. if you don’t have good questions mean you don’t have the interest. And when you asking questions remember it will show up your thinking pattern.

Using the phone during the interview

Remember before you go to the interview switch off put it on silent mode texting of falling during your interview will negatively impact to your interview.
