Social media and Social networking websites has revolutionized the world, bringing us closer than ever before and making life easier. They are very much useful not only to the youths but to all of generations.

However, Addiction to anything is always bad just like every coin has two sides.Being on social networking website means one should be social but we are social more on networking websites and are keeping our self’s away from social life.

These social networking websites are changing the youths peoples mindsets, people think they are living in the virtual world and trying to make a virtual picture of their life and updating on social media websites.

When we are not enjoying our real life but we are trying to pretend our virtual world life to be perfect.

We are publishing our personal life events for a few minutes of attention among few people in the virtual world on social media websites.

By using too much social networking websites are making individual people dumb. Thus, today’s youth are engaged in cyber-crimes also.

At the end of my topic I would like to say social networking website is a medium through which we can learn things broadcast our knowledge, experience and views. We also can either misuse this or use it for a making better life. All depends upon us and the choice is ours.

Today I would like to share my views on the topic of team work.The meaning of team work is the ability to work together towards a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishment towards organizational objectives.

It is the fuel which allows most of people to attain uncommon results as quoted by-Andrew Carnegie.

The meaning of the word TEAM – Together Everyone Achieve More.

We need to have a common vision that drives everyone together in order to build a strong team.

We need effective team players to build a strong team.

A team player is some people who is able to get along with their colleagues and work together in a cohesive of the group.

 

When building a tame following five stages can be us for that.

1. Forming.

2. Storming.

3. Norming.

4. Performing.

5. Adjoining.

 

What are the required skills that in building a strong team.

1. Listen.

2. Question.

3. Respect.

4. Help.

5. Share.

6. Participate.

 

Most important thing of all every member should appreciate and complement other team members. There should be a clear communication among team members.
